The whole school has been working for the last two years on our Biodiversity Green Flag. Thanks to the hard work of Ms.Butler, Ms. Hayes, the green school committee and our caretaker Johnny, we were awarded the Green Flag in Biodiversity recently. Our caretaker Johnny raised the flag on Friday. Well done to all the pupils on a great school effort and for making our school a better friend to the environment.

The Green School committe have been working hard to earn our new Green Flag which is in Biodiversity. All the children have been learning lots about Biodiversity and each class put a display outside their room. The school has also had a big Spring Clean in the school. Our Green Schools have been working hard over the past number of years to make Our Lady of Lourdes a more enviromentally friendly place. We have recently recieved our gren flag for Transport. Our next aim is to achieve a flag for Biodiversity.
